By using littlecaesars-order.com (the "Site"), you agree to the following terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. It's a pizza shop website, not a legal minefield, but our lawyer said we need this page, so here it is.

What this site does

This website lets you browse our menu and submit an order request. When you submit the form, we call you back to confirm and give you a time estimate. This is not a binding purchase until we confirm by phone.

No online payment

We do not process any payment through this website. There are no checkout pages, no saved cards, no digital wallets. Payment is collected in person upon delivery or pickup. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express at the door or counter.

Pricing

Menu prices on this site are our current prices as of the date shown on the menu page. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. If there's a discrepancy between the website and what we quote you on the phone, the phone quote is what you'll pay.

Delivery area

We deliver to west Toledo. Our approximate zone is everything west of Secor Road to the Michigan state line. We may decline delivery to addresses outside this area. Pickup at 2847 W Sylvania Ave is always available.

Order accuracy

We do our best to get your order right. If something is wrong with your food, call us immediately at (419) 555-1247 and we'll make it right — remake, refund, or credit. We've been doing this for twelve years and we take mistakes seriously.

Intellectual property

The content on this website (text, images, design) belongs to Iron Crust Pizza Co. Please don't copy it. Not that anyone would want to copy a small pizzeria's website, but just in case.

This site is provided "as is." We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or availability. If the site is down, just call us. The phone always works.

Limitation of liability

Iron Crust Pizza Co. is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website. The most you can lose here is a few minutes filling out an order form. We're a pizza shop, not a financial institution.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes will be resolved in Lucas County courts. But honestly, if there's a problem, just come talk to us. We're at 2847 W Sylvania Ave.
