The oven does the work
Our deck oven holds eight pies at a time, and that's by design. Eddie bought it used in 2013 from a bakery in Perrysburg that was closing down, bolted it into the back of the shop, and never looked back. Every pizza hits real stone at 550 °F — no conveyor, no speed-rack, no shortcuts.
The crust is a 24-hour cold-fermented dough that Eddie's been making the same way since day one. Sauce is crushed San Marzanos with garlic and basil. Cheese is a low-moisture mozz blend we get from a dairy distributor in Michigan. Nothing fancy, nothing frozen, nothing from a sysco catalogue. Just pizza the way it's supposed to taste.
How ordering works
We don't do apps or credit cards on the website. You tell us what you want through our order form, and we call you back within five minutes to confirm. Pay at the door (cash or card) or on pickup. That's it.
Delivery covers west Toledo — roughly everything west of Secor Road to the Michigan state line. If you're outside the zone, pickup is always available at 2847 W Sylvania Ave.
Tuesday family deal
Every Tuesday: two large one-topping pizzas plus a 2-liter for $28.99. We've been doing this deal for four years and it still fills up the board by 5:30. See the full menu →
